Don’t have popsicle molds? No problem! You can make your own molds using cups and popsicle sticks. Just place a piece of foil over each cup and cut a small slit for the popsicle stick, then freeze.
COCONUT BLUEBERRY POPSICLE RECIPE
Makes about 10 popsicles | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE Ingredients:
2 tsp Moon Balance mix
2 tsp Forever Beautiful mix
1 can full-fat coconut milk
100g blueberries
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze until set, for about 6 hours.
Enjoy!
