This decadent chocolate chia pudding is the perfect way to fuel your day.
For starters, it’s made with chia seeds, which are packed with antioxidants, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids. (Plus, they’re a real energy-booster!)
And, with the addition of Chocolate Protein mix, you’ll get the added benefits of mood-boosting cacao, functional mushrooms, and plant-based protein – it doesn’t get much better than that.
Best of all, this chia pudding can be made ahead of time for an on-the-go breakfast or midday snack. Just add your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING RECIPE
Serves 1 | VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE Ingredients:
1 tbsp Chocolate Protein mix
250ml plant-based milk
50g chia seeds
2 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
¼ tsp vanilla extract, toppings (optional)
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a jar or bowl.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
When ready to eat, stir, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
SUPER TIP: Add a scoop of peanut butter for peanut butter cup chia pudding!
